and i also forgot, do u have to have an ” Jailbreaked ” iPhone, coz i have a french non ” Jailbreak ” iPhone ( Orange )

Several times I’ve tried to download the MobileComass.SiS application, but every time I try the site is unavailable any help to download this would be appreciated
