iPhone iGo 1.3 - First official release
The application has been fixed at many points. It now works full speed, no more tedious waiting at maximum strength, a level slider has been added to increase difficulty. Tap and illegal move sounds work.

I found a few minor bugs in the Go game but in general it seems play very well. Many thanks to the Robota team, great job! I will donate for this one!
what do you think about a international localization. I would happy to translate it in italian…
Great! That’s exactly what I needed when waiting for the bus :)
However, sometimes the fresh board is filled halfway with black stones (in 13×13 and 19×19).
And, I have three feature requests:
- mark the last stone set
- mark the hoshi points in 13×13 and 19×19
- give me a quick way to undo my move. You may have very tiny fingers, but starting with 13×13 it is very difficult to correclty place the stones. Then I have to wait for iGo, then double-undo to try it again.
However: thank you very much, I’ll donate soon, if I see that the app is evolving.
it plays alright for 7×7 and 9×9 boards, but when i choose 13×13 or 19×19 boards it shows board already filled with black stones (well, almost filled)…

It’s your donation that will evolve the game, not the other way around. Keep in mind we want to bring you the best but we live from software development so we cannot spend to much time on these projects unless some of the time is compensated. Be patient and donate, we will for sure do our best to bring you updates and bug fixes.

Choosing ‘new’ game will give you a clean board, you might want to restart the application. Changing boardsize is a bit wacky in this version but it should work.
If you keep getting errors just delete your saved game by deleting /Applications/iGo.app/game.
Please report firmware version and error message/description.
