i have installed ispit what is my next step?I can use safari as my webserver as normal with this can’t i?without havingto download a new one?
Hello,
in some other forums I met people withe the same Problem. Ispit can be installed, but the server doesn´t start. “Server is starting” runs ten and more minutes and doesn´t finish. Maybe someone can help? Do we have to change the port (80) or something else?
Best reards,
Alex
forgot the firmware: 1.1.1. on ipod touch and ispid 1.5
I have the same issue. Using 1.1.1 and the ispit server (1.5)fails to start. I had the apache server but unloaded it. When I type in the server address it still shows the apache html file.
I am going to unload ispit and try one of the other servers available out there.
iSpit seems to have trouble running on 1.1.3. The app runs, but when you try to start the server it never manages.
I found that the server hangs when opening PDF of more than about 10MB. This server limitation can be avoided?
I saw this problem while navigating with the Safari from the same iphone.
Thank you!
Yes, same here. Server does not seem to start up, ‘hour glass’ keeps running. iSpit 1.5, FW 1.1.3
Is it possible to create a wwwroot directory for iSpit so it doesn’t make / as the default wwwroot?
I have difficulty to run iSpit on 1.1.4 of my iPhone. http Server is starting all the time when Server enabled…. What is going on?
iSpit 1.5 is installed OK.
so what do you do? I guess you turn it on and click on the server thingy? I don’t think much, I just pedal. so I need help. I don’t think it’s “faster”. how do you d/l files n stuff.
how do i install the ispit app in the iphone
HI I have downloaded iSpit but could you tell me how I install it onto my phone please?
Many thanks
Rhys
